Present on a hill near Shetrunji river, this teerth is said to be established by Chakravarti Shri Bharat, the son of Shri Adishwar Bhagwan. This falls in the limit of 12 kms Pradakshina range of Shri Shatrunjay Giriraj. Adinath prabhu has visited this place many times. It is said that Chakravarti Bharat attained moksha at this place and his elephant deliberately stopped here and also attained moksha and just because of this the teerth is also known as Hastagiri teerth.
Charan Paduka of about 13 inches of Shri Adishwar Bhagwan is present here.
